Characteristics: Great all-around garlic taste, Robust, hot, and spicey. Most popular garlic. Bulbs are large and easy to peel. Great for sauteing, baking, and grilling. Smokey flavor when eaten raw.
Cloves: 4 to 8 per bulb.
Storage: 8 to 9 months. Can last until early spring.
