Sweet N Savory Garlic farm will be growing 6 varieties of Hardneck garlic. Listed in this category are the description of the 6 varieties. Hardneck garlic is planted in October and then harvested the following year around July 4. It is then cured for a month before sale.
Hardneck garlic also produces scapes which are harvested around Mid June.
