Garlic Recipes

Here are just a few recipes I have tried and enjoyed. There are so many recipes out there to try and enjoy. Remember, you do not have to follow a recipe exactly, you can make the recipe your own by adding and subtracting ingredients.

Dips and Dressings

Here are some recipes to use with Spanish Roja, Chesnok Red, and Persian Star Garlic.  These are garlic that I sell that are milder. In my opinion, the Spanish Roja and Chesnok Red are very similar in flavor but the Spanish Roja has a zing to it at the end of the taste sensation. The Chesnok Red has a good strong garlic taste throughout the experience.

In the following recipes, I have a sampler size and full recipe quantity so that you can sample before making a full batch that you do not like.

Garlic Steak sauce.

I took a Horseradish recipe and changed it up to make a garlic recipe.  Horseradish Sauce Recipe – NatashasKitchen.com  My Thought was that everyone likes horseradish and this might be a good alternative. Follow the recipe but instead of adding the horseradish add Garlic.  If you split the recipe in half, start with 1/2 tsp. or 3/4 tsp of minced Spanish Roja, Chesnok Red, or Persian star. Just keep in mind that the longer the garlic sits in the sauce, the flavors will infuse into the sauce. So do not make the mistake of tasting it right away after you made it and think it needs more garlic.

This can be used on your Prime rib, steak, burgers, or even with your chicken wings.

Ranch Dressing kick

Take a 1/4 cup of your favorite ranch dressing and add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite garlic like Chesnok Red, Spanish Roja, or Persian Star to enhance the flavor of your dressing.  Let sit for a while before you taste test the garlic.  At that point, you can add 1/4 teaspoon at a time. This makes a good sampler size.

Chip Dip

2 ounces of cream cheese with 2 ounces of milk mixed together.  Start with a 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite garlic like Chesnok red, Spanish Roja, or Persian Star.  Let sit and if needed add more garlic at 1/4 teaspoon at a time.  This makes a good sampler size.
